Kwality Shutters Technical Engineering services is a turn – key solution in manufacturing Hydro – gates.

The Dam gates are designed as per Indian standards

• IS 4622 – Recommendation for structural fixed wheel gates and
• IS 4623 – Recommendation for structural design of radial gates.

We use CAD software for creating 2D and 3D models.  The simulation of 3D model is done using ANSYS software to evaluate the stress, strain and deflection of shutters virtually.

Throughout our design and analysis phase we use latest technology and partial lean management.
